Hello, I’m here with Michael Fleischer, Residential Elevators customer. We’re here to ask him how this elevator benefits his life and helps him out in his day-to-day activities.

Hi, how are you?

I want to tell you that the Residential Elevator has meant a lot to my life because we live in a three-story townhouse and I can’t climb three sets of stairs anymore because I have bad knees. So if I didn’t have this elevator I would be in real bad shape.

It also comes very handy when we go to the supermarket and stores, and try to bring groceries back in, instead of having to climb several stairs to get upstairs, we put it all in the elevator, bring it right up and take them right off the elevator. I don’t know how I’d live without an elevator in this place.

I want to thank you guys for doing a great job, we’re very happy with our elevator.
