"Gentlemen, I would like to take a minute to express our appreciation for the "first class installation" of the Elevator in our home by your REI Installers.

These two gentlemen not only performed the task in a timely manner (under 20 hours for a two stop unit) but they did so in a extremely neat and workmanlike manner. They work together well as a team and completed the project with minimal disruption to our daily routine.

As a Commercial/Industrial Contractor specializing in the "exterior envelope" of large projects, I can say, that I wish some of our workers were as efficient as these two gentlemen.

They are the type of "representation" that most companies only dream about.
