"Gentlemen, I would like to take a minute to express our appreciation for the "first class installation" of the Elevator in our home by your REI Installers.

These two gentlemen not only performed the task in a timely manner (under 20 hours for a two stop unit) but they did so in a extremely neat and workmanlike manner. They work together well as a team and completed the project with minimal disruption to our daily routine.

As a Commercial/Industrial Contractor specializing in the "exterior envelope" of large projects, I can say, that I wish some of our workers were as efficient as these two gentlemen.

They are the type of "representation" that most companies only dream about.

While we have only used the Elevator for a short period of time, we are most pleased with our selection of REI and the quality workmanship of the product. It is nice to know there are still companies and people who care about the products they manufacture and sell and the customers with whom they do business with.
