"I am writing this letter to inform you about the pleasant experience I had with your company.
I would like to start with my REI Sales Rep.
After setting up an appointment with him and a visit to the job site he helped me to make a decision as well as the type of elevator which would serve my application the best.
He explained to me the different types of the elevators along with all the available options for each one of them and what would be the right choice for my personal house.
He also met with me before the house started and also while framing to provide me with the technical data that I needed to have in place such as the dimension of the shaft, framing requirement and all the electrical and phone requirement which we needed to have in place in order to have a trouble free installation.
As a builder I always welcome and admire the representative that are honest and take pride in their work and they know their product. I would certainly put Don at the top of this list.
He is prompt, honest and knowledgeable which makes the decision making process easy.
Second, the delivery crews were most courteous people who you would ever meet.
After their arrival and studying the house, they determined what was the best way to load house so it would be efficent for the installation crew.
And as an engineer I can appreciate that. While it was a very cold and windy evening along with rain falling these guys took their time and worked till after hours even though it was dark.
They checked all the pieces and took an inventory to make sure every thing was there and the end they covered everything with plastic.
And finally my last experience was with installation crew. They were absolutely professional.
They showed up exactly when the office said they would be there and if there was a problem with their schudle I was informed by the central office.
They installed the job without damaging the house. They were courteous and professional and best of all they left the job site absolutely spotless as if they were never there.
The elevator works beautiful. It works so quite that is like is not even running.
I had one of my neighbors to take ride with me who has an elevator in his house and he was amazed how quiet and smooth the ride was in my elevator as to compare to his!
All this being said I am proud to have all of the guys and REI as a member of my building team and I intend to use REI as the only elevator company for my future elevator needs. I like to congratulate your Sales Rep to have such a professional staff to support his sales and looking forward to do business with you in the near future." |
