like to thank you and your company for the above-and-beyond courtesy
and service that seems to be a policy at Residential Elevators.
I recently had a medical condition that precluded using my outside stairs in
the Houston summer heat. When I called for service to my new elevator, I discovered
that my builder had not completed payment for the installation.
Residential Elevators did not have to come out, under those conditions, but they
did. The repairman was knowledgeable, courteous, and personable, and got the
job done easily and quickly.
I understand that you have a website. I want you to know that if you want to
use my home or my name as a recommendation or display, I would be more than happy
to return the favor extended to me. It is a very unusual house with a panoramic
view of downtown, and might show well on your website."
