"I wanted to write to tell you about a very good experience we have had working with your Service Mechanic out of Galveston, Texas.
We purchased a new home in February and your Service Mechanic has been out several times to help us inspect the elevator, and to make some minor adjustments.
There have been two times that the elevator was stuck either between floors or below the bottom floor that really frightened us. We called your Service Mechanic, and rather than having us make an appointment, he immediately walked my husband through the problem. He is extremely personable, professional, and has given us good advice on the operations of the elevator.
Yesterday we had workers in the townhouse working on the fourth floor and the elevator refused to open or operate. No one wanted to constantly walk up four floors to take care of the work! We phoned your Service Mechanic who said he was in Louisiana and could not be here. But, he walked my husband through the process to get the door to open and the elevator to move. It was apparently "confused."
It has been a pleasure each time we have worked with Tim and we wanted to pass the compliment along to you so that you are aware of his kind assistance and helpfulness. Feel free to contact either of us if you would like."
