"My husband and I just wanted to drop
you a note telling you how pleased we are with our new elevator. It is wonderful not to have to drag groceries and
luggage up the stairs
anymore, in addition to the pleasure of being able to offer our
guests a ride rather that
climbing those steep stairs. We are very pleased with the outcome
of the installation.
We also wanted you to know that it was a sincere pleasure to work
with your Sales Rep. She was most accommodating when dealing with us throughout the
sales and installation process. She remained in communication with concerning the status
of our project, and
she and your Installer did a wonderful job with the installation.
She has been really great to
follow up with us as to the operation of the elevator and whether
or not we have experienced any problems or concerns with it. We were, I think,
fortunate to have her as
our sales representative.
Once again, we are so happy we decided to install the elevator
- it has proven to be a
wonderful addition to our home." |
